Smart End of Year Tax Moves

I cannot believe that we are already in the last quarter of the year. It seems like most of the year passed by while I was waiting for one thing or another to happen. I know that it is better to "be in the present", but sometimes waiting for something in the future takes priority.

Good News All,

The tax credit for home buyers has been extended and expanded to include existing homeowners. Email me for more details. dmyrvik@montana.net or ask a question in the comment box below.

This is great news for buyers wanting to take advantage of the great deals and large selection of properties out there. The new credit offer $6500 back to existing homeowners on a primary residence up to $800,000 and gives you until July 30, 2010 to close but you must have your contract in place before April 30, 2010.

First time buyers still get the $8000 tax credit.
