Summer Hits !!
Due to the massive amounts of moisture (rain) and the unusually cool weather.....it is gorgeous here this summer. It is still so green and it is almost August. Fishing has been pretty good and the tourists are in town. Real estate is definately off from where is was 2 years ago. The good news is that there are lots of properties to choose from and many are really good deals.
So, if you are a buyer, now is a good time to buy. Interest rates remain low and selection high.
This sweet log home pictured above sits on 20 acres in North Meadow Creek. It has a lot of water running through the property and you can do some irrigating through the water rights that the HOA owns. This private location backs onto ranch land and other large private ownership which borders BLM. Property is fenced and cross fenced for horses or other animals.
The log home is custom built and is immaculate. There are 2BR/2BA and a loft sleeping/office/reading area. The deck and porch offer cool solace during the day as you read your book, admire your views and listen to the gurgling water.
There is also a detached 2 car+ garage. Asking price on this Montana dream is $495,000.

4th of July in Ennis, MT
Happy Fourth of July. The kick off for summer in Ennis! The turn out was huge this year. I am sure that I always say that, but this year really was big!! A local artist, David Lemon posted this you-tube video. It shows the parade and the crowds. Check it out.
I love the Fourth of July because so many of my past and present clients show up in town. It is great to catch up with everyone.
After the socializing it is time to enjoy the fishing, rodeoing and other recreational fun that abounds.
